What do you want to eat in WINTERTIME ?

Hi♪

Recently it is the season that I want to eat a NABE ━ a dish cooked in a pot at the table ━

How about you ?

Now this time I introduce the NABE from viewpoint of health.

NABE has many kinds. For example I like a Kimuchi NABE. I have many many vegetable, tofu. And sweating all over!!! NABE is very health food because it dissolves a lack of vegetables and it can warm yourself body. According to a cooking worker, nabe can prevent cold. Nabe has many nutrition. People need to take more nourishment , so I think to wish they would to eat a Nabe.

Let's introduce "Healthy Nabe point"

  3. One of vegitables contain a lot of potassium

I understood that Nabe has many nutrition!
